Frequently Asked Questions!

How does your service work?

It’s simple! Choose a plan that fits your needs, and we’ll show up on your scheduled day to scoop your dog’s poop. You don’t need to be home; we’ll clean the yard and send you a locked gate photo to confirm completion after each visit.

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. Just make sure any gates are unlocked on your service day.

We love dogs! If your pup is friendly, they can absolutely be out while we scoop. However, for the safety of our team, we ask that aggressive or overly protective dogs be kept inside during service. We reserve the right to request your dog be kept inside during service.

We double bag the waste to eliminate smell and place it into each client’s trash can. If you have a location that you would prefer we place the bag, please do not hesitate to reach out, we are happy to accommodate!

Nope! Our services are flexible! Most of our clients use ScoopDoods year round but you have the freedom to cancel anytime, no questions asked.
